On the road again

Have I mentioned that I'm going to California?

Well, I am.

Have I mentioned that I'm slightly excited?

Well, I am.

Have I mentioned that I'm leaving tomorrow?

Well, I am.

So, at 0-dark-thirty in the morning when the rest of you are asleep, I'll be riding to the airport to leave on a 6:45 AM flight to Sacramento. After that, we're driving down to San Francisco and then down Highway 1 with stops in Monterey and Moro Bay with a final destination of Malibu.

I have an empty memory card for pictures. When I get back I'll *finally* post some pictures and ponderings from Italy and then I'll share my grand California adventure.
