Will you join me?

There are two ways I would appreciate your help today. One will help children who have no food; one will help children whose bodies cannot process the food they have.

MANA is an organization that provides nutrient enhanced peanut butter to mothers in third world countries so that their babies will not die of starvation. If their Facebook page can get 10,000 people to "like" it before tomorrow, they will receive a $10,000.00 donation. They still need 2400 fans, so if you haven't already done this, please do it now. How often do we have a chance to save someone's life just by clicking a mouse a couple of times?


Second, I have registered to lead a team at next fall's Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation walk in Little Rock. If you would like to raise a small bit of money and walk with us, we would love to have you on our team. You can join my team online and fund raising is easy. The walk is scheduled for September 18 so you have plenty of time find a few sponsors.



I hope you'll consider at least one of these easy ways to help others. If you can only manage one, please support MANA. It's seriously just a matter of logging into Facebook, finding their page and hitting "like." When will it ever be that easy to save a child's life?
