Really? From what part of my life? From what day or what emotion?
Music is the language of my soul; how can one band or artist be the favorite?
I guess if the question is, "Who has held your attention the longest and has made you think and been a lot of fun and keeps you young?" then these guys would be the winners.
But there are some others who would definitely be contenders.
Beethoven, conducting his heart out to music he couldn't even hear. Gotta love that passion.
Handel for putting sound to the images of Heaven and transcendence.
Steven Curtis Chapman for baring his soul and singing through his grief.
Michael W Smith for Worship and Worship Again.
And Veggie Tales for making road trips possible while also occasionally giving us deeper lyrics to remind us that yes, God did make us special and he loves us very much.
