I'm still here . . .

It's just work, school, life and all that other stuff.

I'd rather be at home in bed right now, but that's not going to happen any time soon.

Sigh.

Here's a small list of things to be thankful for. I need the reminder right now.

1. I get to see some of my favorite people in the world this week.

2. I'm going to see HU's production of Wizard of Oz on Saturday.

3. My children are wonderful and I love them with everything I have even when they make mistakes.

4. My children love me even when I make mistakes.

5. God has blessed me with phenomenal friends who encourage me in my search for connection with God and others.

6. I don't live in California and haven't watched my house go up in flames.

7. Lord willing, I'm going to California in the spring and will see the Pacific Ocean for the first time!

8. God made me special and he loves me very much!
